I'm hoping someone here has gone through the process of importing something older & non-domestic though the military, and can offer some real-world advice. 

I have no input, but felt the need to leave this here.

Probably not challenge prices unless you go for one in need of restoration. 
 

I have only looked into importing a little, mostly because older Utes in Australia are stupid cheap and I want 15 of them, but.....shipping was expensive. Expensive enough that a "cheap" car wasn't cheap anymore.

Doesnt stop me from wanting a $350 older falcon Ute though
