My net having owned an E36, an E46 and lots of time on track in the E30 is the E30 has the best initial turn in of all of them but the engine is uninspiring. The E36 drove "small" and the 46 drove big. I think the E36s make the best looking track cars. Put the motor from the 46 into the 36 and rock.

So, what you're saying is, you need a Z3 3.0i... Front suspension from an E36, rear suspension from a 2002/E21/E30, and the M54B30 engine from an E46. Is that the magic formula? 😉 lol
