^berkeley!!!!!!!
I will join tonite and call bank tomorrow.
That thing is seats and a softer suspension away from being a roadtrip car unless i'm missing something.
Minus a few things, that would be a great STR car.
So my account at ClubRoadster was finally validated, and that car is sooooooo not what i'm looking for, but i want it so badly.
Which Miata forums has the most active For Sale section? I'm not seeing many cars for sale on ClubRoadster.

^Damn. They want gold for their cars, too.
Thanks though! I'll make an account and keep tabs on it.
Having a hard time finding many cars around me worth looking into.
So far i've got Alex's 01 BRG SE, an 00 Maroon SE, an 05 Triple black MSM in ohio... and that's about it.

I know I still owe you interior shots - trying to dig them up on my various online accounts, but I think I lost them when our computers were stolen in Feb. If I can't find them, I'll get out to my folks house where it lives over the weekend.

It's called "ebay"
We've got a few listed at Flyin' Miata, usually modified ones. The MSM for sale right now looks like a pretty good deal, as it's got a Big Enchilada with a modified turbo in it. I just discovered the modified turbo while going over previous purchase history, I don't think the current owner knows about it.

I love that MSM.... but it's in... California. (You want to deliver? ) Or is it actually at Flyin' Miata? If it is... that's pretty doable. Fly out friday, drive it back, be home in time for work on Monday.
Here's a 2005 Triple Black MSM w/ 86k somewhat close for $13k. All of a sudden seems pretty overpriced compared to the one on your site, though.

Just checked Ebay again. They don't really have anything. Your choice is overpriced, or automatic transmission. There is a decent deal on an MSM, but it's in CO. That's far, and it's not really any worthwhile amount cheaper than the one listed on your site.

No real rush, i appreciate the legwork you've done so far!
The MSM listed on the FM site is indeed in California. Sorry. But you can probably get it shipped across the country for $1k if you're willing to be a bit flexible. Or, if you want, I know a guy who would probably love to go on a long road trip in a Miata.

I think i'm going to get ahold of him... I may just go pick it up myself if we can work something out. Just would have been a much easier pill to swallow if it was in Colorado. It's about 800 miles closer. I can do 1300 in a weekend, but probably can't do 2100.
Email sent to owner.
I have a week of vacation coming up on July 9-17 and no plans if you need it transported

That just made my day.
Butter me up all you want, i'm still not going to buy an X1/9 for this endeavor.
(maybe down the road, i DO love these things)
I believe i'm all taken care of.
What did you end up with?
Can you get a manual Crossfire in that range yet? I drove one when they were new and liked it a bit....

The uhmmm.... MSM in California.
Time for an epic fly and drive when the seller gets back from vacation.
