As I daily do, appx one week ago I perused the forum and enjoyed the thread "I thought only Mustang drivers did this" featuring a link to the video of a vintage car pulling into traffic and getting rear-ended.
As it so happened, a few days later I had a meeting about coordinating a feature that had written almost exactly this situation. I brought the video in and showed the director and a.d. who loved it.
A few days later as I was signing my contract, the line producer told me that I got the nod over the other candidates because I came in with ideas.
I just wanted to relay my appreciation to this awesome forum! I believe it was ebony and ivory to whom I particularly owe one to :)
