I bought a 91 Saab 900s Convert a year ago as a driver because it was clean and dirt GRM pocket lint cheap. And I was truly broke. It has been an absolute joy. The top goes down every evening. Put almost 20k miles on it. So then came an 88 Turbo Convert "parts car" which "doesn't run and needs a transmission because it locks up" The fact that I have the mechanical skills of a gnat made it soooo satisfying today when I not only made it run but also idle almost perfectly. almost ten years of gook working their way out of the tailpipe with that beautiful Saab Turbo burble. And the trans does actually go through every gear but a cv joint or bearing is most unhappy. No, my pocket change cars won't wow em on the rap video but they sure are satisfying!
Ssshhh! Please keep the super cheap and easy to repair SAABs a secret!

Nice work man. We live in a disposable society and I love picking up other peoples trash.

I have just watched my first JayZ video and it is your fault. My kids laughed out loud at Dads old car. They even said that I was unfly. So wrong!
In reply to mad_machine: Sorry!
