They were pretty popular with the 4-cyl stock class on the circle tracks around here in the 80s and 90s. Most of them have long returned to dust. I wish I could find one that wasn't a complete junker.

I was seeing them for closer to $300, but the price would have to come down to under $200 before I'd consider it. You can piece together a cheap pyrometer setup for $100, a nice tire gauge would be $30~$50, and the bluetooth logging feature is worth an easy $50.
