I thought it was fun to watch. A "salute" is about right, as compared to an "homage"...

I liked the Ronin chase scene, I though it was really good.

And the Charger pursuit aint too shabby either

But what turd doesn't look a little less turd-tastic with blacked out everything a big motherberkeleying push bar? And yes, new Chargers are berkeleying hideous.

Absolutely, don't you think that cop car I had looked totally horny?

And they always have to crash and burn---------------------------then blow up.

was watching that video again.. I have to say I really dislike the shifter on the ford. It just seems far too big, heavy looking, and clunky.

is it really that was in use?

Not a bad job, given the time they had to work with. I for one think it is pretty cool that they did it- obviously a fan of bullitt- it was totally unnecessary but they did it anyway. I stand and golf clap.

Agree completely, this was no action movie with a mega star, so kudos

I'm just happy they wrecked a new Charger instead of an old one.

That's what I thought. Props to them for paying homage. I got a kick out of it, and any team behind it has my support. I guess I might have to try to watch season 1.

I thought the seat belt fastening was a nice opening touch.

I thought it was a nice homage to the all time great.

Another cheesy movie, but with one of my all time favorite scenes is The Driver, with Ryan O'Neal. I love when he "tests" for the job with the old Mercedes....

x1,000. Overall it was sort of cheesy, the roll over was poorly done. Better than CGI stuff though.

Come on... all those drifting turns were cheesy. We all know they needed to hit the apexes correctly, and limit wheel spin to get the best acceleration.

For what it was, it was good.

(BTW, the lack of drifting, and the more appropriate car control is one of the reasons I like the Ronin chase so much)
