Any reason i cant/shouldn't use it to feed pressure from the knockoff walbro to the bulkhead fitting? Will be running 60psi-ish fir the ls swap. Would use efi style clamps at both ends. The foot of submersible rubber hose is $30 now....

Maybe.  Not all nylon tube is created equal.  Some of the marine stuff is only rated to 40psi.  If what you've got is actual automotive fuel line with a known rating then yes, it can be used.  However, it should only be used with the correct fittings and those are press fit and require a tool.

It came with the fuel pump? Use it. That's what it's for. Pretty much all manufacturers use that in their FP modules.
