I get a call from a buddy a few weeks ago and he's like, "Hey, I have a 2005 Winston Cup car, do you want it"? Soooo... in my garage is a Gen 6 car with no motor and a little front end bodywork to do. Plans are to make a bad ass track day car. Will look just like this:
better call five-star and see if they have an dodge parts left in the back of the warehouse

And I was wondering what I was thinking buying an old Datsun with the motor on the other side of the dudes garage......and tranny...
Making it street-legal would be badass for fun just to screw with people and putting in a str 6 for some reason makes it even more silly I would think for an idea.

Its an old driving experience car. The ones where they had the videro game set up inside a "nascar" that was a roller chassis. So the thing is a complete. But semi modified body. Could probably be gotten for about a grand or so. If you want, ill see if i can track down the people that own the property again and getvsome contact information for you. Ive met them once, and they're.....interesting.
You can try these guys and see if they have any bodywork that will work.
Find a V8 and tranny and slap it in there, then off you go.

Always love another stock car thread, it helps keep me inspired while I work on mine.
Also, I found a complete Chevy body for $200...
