Just a bump reminder for the Saturday crew.
Also, these GRM Experience tickets are going to sell out asap Monday morning. If you miss out, just purchase one of our Stadium Ticket Package tickets. You have to park outside the track, but that's not the worst thing--just take the tram to the infield. You can still hang with us all weekend, including the midnight tours. You just don't get the parking and Saturday dinner. You do get a nice Sunday breakfast, though.
And here's the Sunday bump. In less than 24 hours, the GRM Experience at the Rolex 24 At Daytona will be sold-out.
Get those dialing fingers ready.

Has anyone been able to get through to DIS ticket office?
I've been trying since 9 and keep getting a busy signal.
We just got word from the track that our GRM Experience ticket package is sold-out. However, you can still purchase one of our stadium packages. You don't get Saturday dinner or infield parking, but you can still hang with us all weekend. Plus you get a darn fine Sunday breakfast.
Got a busy signal for 2 1/2 hrs only to be told they were sold out........
Is there only 1 phone at the "worlds only motorsport stadium"?????

That was my experience too. Disappointed.
No luck getting through. This whole new process is complete garbage
I'm speaking in terms of buying any ticket in general

They have more than one phone, but unfortunately we have a ton of people trying to buy the 40 or so available tickets.
Due to the size of our parking area, we can't add more tickets. So we created another ticket package for everyone--and last year it quickly sold out. So we got with the speedway and doubled the number of tickets available for that one. And, again, it sold out.

I think the other problem is that it isn't just this package going on sale today but all the packages for all the races that they're hosting in 2018.
2018 500 tickets went on sale today too. That's a mess in itself let alone another huge event

exactly, I knew it was a long shot to get one of the few remaining GRM Exp tix, but DIS really made it difficult by making Rolex24 tix sales open the SAME DAY as Daytona 500 tix #smh

Clearly the next step in filling in lake LLoyd for GRM!
I dont know why this hasn't been done yet
I did get through to DIS finally and got another ticket package. The guy i spoke with did say that EVERYTHING from rolex24 through the end of speedweeks went on sale today at 9 a.m. He said it had been unbelievably busy.

That's a real head scratcher. I wonder why?
I'd love to meet the marketing genius behind this.

That I don't know. But it's their track, so it's their ticket sales.
Next time we chat, I'll ask if it can be done differently in the future.
