Here it is... forgive the old-school recipe card, but I hate cooking off my phone... it keeps going to sleep, it gets covered in flour, etc.
last couple loaves I upped the salt to 1-3/4 t. Yeah, it's not low sodium... but this is corona-cooking, and we need tasty.

You folks have my patroen support. I met Tim at the PRI show a couple of years ago, had a nice chat, and left with the thought “man, these are down to Earth people who I really want to support”. Then (and now) thru subscriptions, more so now because it’s the right thing to do based on what you folks do for all of us. Thank you.

Just signed up to be a forum supporter, pushing the total to $100/month. After listening to all the NPR pledge drives "that's only xxx cents a month!" this was a no brainer. And no pledge drive either!
I had a secret Paypal balance that was reserved for buying car parts... oh well, it was just sitting there, better spent here.
Well heck, I'm in. You don't have to change my screen name, though. It might wreak havoc on articles I posted.
Re-upped and added CM as I have a new to me MGB that I might have time to work on.
