Wow! I guess I'm going to have to figure out how to get them home from Gainesville! I'm driving my civic instead of the miata, but I still can't get four truck tires in it.
Curtis, I also need to pay for them.

No rush. Enjoy trying to fit them in a Civic :)
No chance of fitting them in a Civic, especially since it's a coupe. Hopefully someone close to me can take them home, or I'll have to send them back to Crestview with Gene, or maybe to Jacksonville with Stampie. Either way, they'll at least be in FL. 7 hours to Crestview, 2 hours to Jacksonville.

But, one of the best things about The Challenge is you are surrounded (literally and not the usual virtually) by people who will help you do anything. Some of the greatest enablers ever assembled. Its an odd, wonderful feeling of not being alone and surrounded by "great" ideas.
I once bought a set of wheels/tires in Gainesville but had no way to fit them in my returning car but Shawn (ShawneeCreek) lived in Ohio about an hour away from me and he agreed to haul them about a 1,000 miles north so that I could come to his house a few weeks later to pick them up.
For you, maybe the corporate overlords will take them to HQ? Maybe a G'ville resident will hold them for your later return? Maybe the hotel will hold them for a week? I mention the hotel because I have shipped Challenge supplies to the hotel in weeks before the event and they were there waiting for me when I arrived. There's a lot of foliage behind the hotel...hide them in the woods/brush for your later return?
I too will not make it to The Challenge this year. As I am reminded from pervious years, just getting to The Challenge can be the greatest challenge! But, if you can...it's worth it!
Will do when I get some taken.
Y'all just finished a day of racing and I'm piiiiiissssed that I wasn't there.

Sucks your missing. You're not missing the challenge, the challenge will miss you.
I might not be as sexy as Curtis but I give damn good hugs.
I was actually going to volunteer you to hug people in my absence.
I had several people ask for hugs.
Some I offered more. I think Bob was going to take me up on it until he realized he has a wife.
Oh, I made sure that I got my Stampie Hug™️ this morning.
Tires and wheels looked good on a quick once over, I'm sure they'll be great. They are getting a further ride around Florida before I pick them up from the neighboring county next week.
I still need to pay for them.
