Look for GRM at this weekend’s Tire Rack Peru CAM Challenge–just don’t get too close, okay. Jack and Chris Heideman are campaigning the 1967 Ford Falcon wagon featured in GRM in a CAM-T class that attracted 49 entrants total.
New for this race, though: fresh tires. The car now sports the Falken Azenis RT660 in a 255/40R17.

MMmmmmmm.... Falcon Wagon....
Yes! Nice to know 255’s will fit under the Falcon, that looks pretty sweet!
scribbles in note pad...
I'm digging it; good luck y'all!

We did have to pull the front fenders slightly. We can fit quite a bit more in the rear.
First up is CAM S and everything else.
Always fun to be at an airfield.
That's a sweet falken falcon!
Is that Glagola's Lotus I spy? Kick him in the nuts and give him hugs from Whitey.
You did well to find some - I just replaced the tires on my CAM-T Camaro and could not find ANY 200TW Falkens (660's or 615's) in the size I needed in stock anywhere. Ended up with NT05's instead.
They're mid pack with 1 run each.
Another wagon, LS-powered.
Wish I was there to add to the wagon count!

We were hoping to see you. Jack did the electric power steering after talking with you and seeing your Ranger In 2018.

Got plans this evening? Maybe I can run up to Kokomo, I'd really like to check out the Prius setup vs the Vue.
In reply to gumby (Forum Supporter) :
No plans. We're actually staying in Kokomo but leaving the wagon at Grissom. They said they may kick us out at 7 instead of 8 due to Covid safeguards.
Day 2 started with CAM S and the Index classes. Only three Miatas this weekend.

No, we discovered it's someone else. Also, he's mad at you.
They're running mid pack again this morning. The top 16 of 47 move on, so we don't have our hopes up.
We had a great weekend! We liked the new Falkens a lot, we got to see Gumby, and the whole event was a lot of fun.
Also, looking at the photos from a real computer I see zoomed-in iPhone photos look way better on an iPhone.
