Trying to get the Valiant inspection-ready.
Bleed the service brakes, tighten the parking brake a touch.
Replace the wipers and reinstall the windshield washer.
Track down the gremlin in the right rear turn signal. It WAS working, now isn't.
Find some kind of floor mat, and clean the interior enough up a little.

Also, I'm trying to avoid looking at this link too often:

Seriously, this is dangerous to my well-being. Thank goodness I'm broke.
Given that I've seen plenty of running and drivable c4 corvettes for around that price that doesn't seem like all that good of a deal.
Last round of the local PCA AX series is Sunday, but the forecast is looking iffy for wanting to spend half the day in a parking lot. Tomorrow's forecast is for 2.5" of rain, and I'm waiting to see how Sunday looks when it gets closer.
Similarly, since the van doesn't fit in the garage, the right half of the hub seals and brake job will probably wait for drier weather. That should've been done days ago, but Haynes has three different manuals that purport to cover ¾-ton vans up to 2003, and the one I've got has the HD rear axle All Kinds Of Wrong.
If I'm not careful, I'll start laundry-listing all the stuff I *wish* I was going to do this weekend... Okay, I'm going to go get the *right* lock wedges for the van (and its crazy one-giant-nylock hub retention/adjustment), make some bread, compost my ill-fated tomato plant (3-gallon pot isn't near big enough to maintain steady moisture when it's 95 degrees for weeks on end), and clean the garage gutter...
Adding an external fuel system (Summit fuel cell and cheap pump) to the GMC plow truck of rust, "Lumpy." It has been sitting half out of the carport in the way of everything for awhile due to multiple failures.
After that hopefully cleaning up and maybe even enjoying the fun cars while the weather is still nice this weekend.
mostly putting a new underfloor in my guest bathroom.
but also just a little bit of replacing the pulleys on my e30.

Teaching electrical theory to a bunch of apprentice electricians, who"d prefer to be anywhere else, for four hours tomorrow morning Then home to work on our back deck. I also need to replace the timing belt on #1 daughters car. After all that is done I hope to start pulling the Europa's engine in prep of a 1.8t swap.
Today I thought I was going to simply replace the low beams in the smart. Nope, projector mounts are broken in both assemblies. Amazon for $215 for the pair of assemblies. Got the nose off in about 20 minutes. Now it sits until parts arrive.
Pulled as much out of the way on a 96 Jetta in preparation for removing engine and trans. Only thing remaining is to put it on stands, undo the axles, cut the exhaust, three bolts and out. Did I mention I'm doing this on my gravel driveway?
Tomorrow go to the top of Mount Mansfield and spread the cremains of a recently departed good friend at the summit.
Sunday, finish repairing the Rinnai heater, finish pulling the VW engine and trans, eat.
I’ve been replacing the T-12 fluorescent lights in my garage with LEDs.

Grinding 1500 sq ft of concrete slab in the new shop in preparation for a fancy epoxy floor. Whatever time isn't spent grinding will be used to clean up the insane amount of dust the grinding produces.
Working most of the weekend, going to try to make progress cleaning out a work space for the GTA after work though.
Continuing my exhaustive research into just how little sleep a person really needs to function.

I pulled the Prelude's power steering pump today. After 31yrs and over a quarter million miles, it has started puking it's contents all over town. The local NAPA closes at noon tomorrow so I have to remove the pulley in the morning to get a new one ordered before they shut the door.
And the grass needs mowing again; the temps are reaching the 70's this weekend. I was hoping for a lot more leaves on the ground so I could mow them into mulch. There were over 40 30-gallon bags raked up last year.

Some of you guys work way harder than I like to, or else you don’t intend to get through everything on your lists.
Circleville pumpkin festival, pulling the engine on my mr2 spyder, continued shop cleanup and eBay parts listings, and hanging out with the family.
I need to see if I can get the 8N that I just put new rod and main bearings in to run a little better. I hope some carburetor cleanup will help.
I've got brush piles stacked all over the place and conditions are good for burning so I'll probably have fires burning from about 4 hours ago until whenever they burn themselves out next week sometime ;)
And I hope to get the boat out (probably one last time) on Sunday to see some fall colors on the Missouri River.
After dropping off some stuff at the last town bulk drop-off day of the year (and hanging with the townies), I might pull the DCOEs off my 2002 for rebuilding. Of course, if I do that, I figure I might as well do a little grinding to port-match the carbs, manifolds, and cylinder head. Or I might just say screw it and go for a drive.
I plan on cleaning and re-oiling the k&n air filter, and restoring the yellowing headlights on the acura.

I am going to put a Steely Dan CD into the 08 Bullitt Mustang and drive it fast. Looking to have an excellent day at work. Tomorrow is church, brunch. then may continue swapping body panels on the 1986 F250. I may not too.
Going to be in the 70s today and tomorrow, 60s all next week; so I'm pulling one wing out of the garage and sanding it down for paint. (27ft. long and 6ft. tall standing on end).
LS400 starter. Oh, the joy.

This is the time to get E36 M3 done around here. It was 50 at 8am and that is my kine of weather. It's going to be a beautiful day to be outside tinkering.
And the list is more of a guideline. Some of it will drag into next week.

Maybe getting this running. I installed the engine about six weeks ago. Now I've been painting and installing all the accessories and brackets. Gotta figure out timing, rig up a gas can, then try to start. Sheet metal work and paint will be over the next few months.
Rust repair on the belly mower.....giving it my best Nohome/project Binky impersonation ........NOT
