I want to apologize for not checking in lately. So far this year has been especially grueling, but in a good way.
Want to thank everyone who made it to Daytona for our party.
We have completely renovated our work shop since the first of the year for a story series and am just moving back in. What a pain that turned out to be, but we are very, very pleased with how it came out.
On my way to HSR race tomorrow at Palm Beach. If anyone is going, say hi. Need to get back early to start looking at colleges with the boy.
We are very excited about our new relationship with World Challenge, Rally America and NARRA. Details on these programs have kept us real busy.
We are really excited that we had to go back up to 204 pages with our April issue. Screw those who say print is dead!
We also have a mind blowing announcement for the Classic Motorsports Mitty event that will interest our GRM readers a whole bunch. Stay tuned as we get details organized to announce this and a major contest next week.
Thank you so much for all you do Tim. Oh, and, long live print! (I am so not ever bringing electronics to the toilet...)

Cool! Its good to keep busy and have things going well.
Keep it up!
Thanks guys. Got my first real day off this year last Sunday and was so tired I barely got out of bed. Had to fight a cold after Scottsdale, through the Rolex 24 and into the BMTA convention we hosted. Thank god for RedBull, Advil Cold and Sinus and beer.
Are you or anyone coming to Sebring in March?
Thank you guys for the Rolex, the GRM experience was the best yet IMHO, see you at the Mitty

we appreciate what you guys do
We requested credentials for Sebring, but aren't planning an official presence. We kind of have this covered with our Daytona deal and we will now have a larger presence at the St Pete GP, because we are sponsoring the driver autograph session and planning video for our TV involvement.
Of course, we are also at the Amelia Island Concours in force that month and the Classic Motorsports Mitty is right around the corner and the focus is on Japanese cars this year.
Tim, we know you're a busy guy. We know that stuff makes the magazine better. Don't sweat it. Can't recall another magazine where the Publisher actually checks in with "the guys" at all. See y'all at the Mitty.
Don't worry, Tommy is keeping us entertained

O.K., you had a day off and now you're sluffing off on the intraweb....get back to work, slacker.
Tim just keep doing what you're doing, maybe take some more days off. I think I can safely speak for everyone on the board when I say we love what you're doing. I know I just renewed my subscription for another couple years.

Sounds like a fun night!
Dad, it's called Four Loko. You need to keep up the times.
GRM is a real car magazine, not just an advertisement for new cars.
Keep it up.

Is that a new sports drink, do they bottle that?

I have never... ever... heard of anyone who said, "Man, drinking that Four Loko last night was a great idea."
Last time we partook of the lokos, we wound up playing sharks and minnows in an apartment pool until the wee hours of the morning.
There is nothing redeeming about Four Loko. Not the acidic-beer-and-gatorade taste, not the mind-splitting hangover, nothing.
Marjorie! Tim is slacking off and playing on the computer!
You must maintain discipline!
Tim, in the fall/winter of 2009-2010 my family got sick with absolutely everything from H1N1 flu, to bronchitis, pneumonia, and even mumps. (Really – and yes, we all had our shots long ago.) Since spring 2010 we've all been taking 2000 units of Vitamin D every day and haven't been sick at all. Nothing else changed: same house, same jobs, same school. This stuff works, and it's cheap. Since you're living in lots of sunshine, you might have to take less than frozen Canadians do, but, seriously, look into it. Lots of people would prefer you to stay healthy for longer.
I usually have a variety of car magazines showing up in my mailbox every month. I'll let one subscription expire and try a different one for a year. The exception to this rule has been GRM. I have been getting this magazine constantly since I "discovered" it in the early 2000's. I take advantage of the 10-year rates and I don't ever envision letting my subscription expire. Keep up the excellent work!
But it's okay if you take a day off now and then.

There's a magazine?
+1
I feel the same way. The magazine is good, but the reason I subscribed was to help fund the forum community.
