Timbren Heavy-Duty Rear Suspension

Any one use these to help with towing on a minivan? I plan to tow a miata on a dolly, so about 2,500 pounds total. They are not cheap but if they do the job...

Also any ideas as to what rear shocks I should use?

I added them to my Tacoma, which has notoriously light duty rear springs. In stock form, they are constantly on the bump stops.

The Timbrens were easy to install and made a huge difference. Load capacity is up and there is a much smoother transition as the suspension moves.

I've used both these and airlifts. I like the simplicity of the timbrens, but the airlifts are adjustable.....I've got the airlifts in the Odyssey now.

The tongue weight of a dolly is small compared to the overall weight.

How about shocks do you like any of these:
