I’m trying to clean out my garage and have tons of parts for older cars I don’t own anymore, like Volvos and SAABs. Some parts new, some used.

What’s the best way to sell these? eBay, Craigslist, or specialist pages? I care more about freeing up space than I do about getting the highest price, but I don’t want to just give stuff away either.

Example part: iPD aluminum splash guard for Volvo XC70, including mounting hardware, never installed. .

I've been doing eBay for this kind of stuff. Note, obviously only items I'm willing to ship out.

eBay is King for this kind of stuff. Especially helps if you're not too worried about how much you get for the parts.

The appropriate forum, Saab or Volve or Swedish, is also good. Provides a good opportunity to make new friends...

Don’t under estimate FB marketplace. I just scored a lot of random Miata parts. Was listed at 150$ for the lot, I got it for 20$.

He's selling, not buying.

My issue is that FB and Craigslist can be a huge pain, to deal with the usual flakes etc to sell a $20 part. On the other handX with eBay the whole shipping and transaction fee black hole can push down how much I’d actually net on a small item. I guess for starters I’ll post a list on here and on the specialist forums and see what happens. Thanks guys!
