The new episode S.13 E.7 is now up on hessmo.com and is great. In the begining Clarkson does say that it is the last episode of the season. Leno in the reasonably priced car was great. Hammond gets revenge with the cool wall.
Now for a bit of spoiler, the end was amazing and bitter sweet. I think Clarkson was hinting that they will not be back in the fall. I hope I am wrong.

Brilliant, as per usual.
The VW ad's were hilarious, and Jay Leno is a great story teller .
When will the new shows air on BBCA?
I believe Mr. Suddard has a story about that same McLaren F1...you should ask him one time, it is entertaining.
good episode, why is this season only 7 episodes...they didn't even go anywhere for a "special"...like Botswana, or Vietnam...
the V12 Vantage bit was kinda sad...

People seemed to take the ending way wrong, your not the first person who thought that...
But when he was hinting that MS is the stig he even says "No more cars to test until next November"
Would be strange for them to keep the stig around testing cars even after the show is off the air
I am pretty sure this isn't the first shorter season... Probably has to do with choosing to spend less on production per episode, or just making fewer...
Not my favorite episode, the Holden test was the best part in my opinion. The Vantage bit went on a bit too long, kinda felt like it was being milked for time with music that should have been used for a massage parlor ad. But that last shot of the car screaming for the horizon redeemed it.
I want to build a VXR replica from a G8.
they've done a few short seasons like this in the past...
going to watch it in a bit me thinks :)... debating on hooking up the laptop to the TV or not
I have been watching so much Top Gear in the past few weeks... I need a break, or else I'll start thinking in terms of "bollocks" "cock" or "IN THE WORLD."

This series had seven episodes. Series seven also had seven episodes, and there were only six episodes in series eleven and nine.

It astounds me what lengths the BBC goes to to prevent their programming from being watched.

That's why I download the torrents instead of order BBC America through Comcast.
Rats. I'm glad I watched the last episode Sunday night while it was still available (I watched a couple of James May's shows while I was at it as well, they were pretty good too.) BBC should follow the lead of some of the other networks and stream their shows from their own website - for instance, CBS puts a lot of shows up on their website after the episodes run on TV.
Ouch, they killed it off again, and I was watching only this morning

BBC does have it's iPlayer that streams all of it's shows but it's limited to the UK. It's the same thing with anyone in Canada trying to watch any show from an american network online. Hulu is blocked as well. It's anoying cause stuff like snl gets pulled from youtube right away but I can't watch it on their website. Someone needs to open up a loop hole for free internet show trading.

Yes. I've been doing it for at least a couple of years with no issues.
Also... The new Volkswagen Scirocco TDI: For people who value their limbs.
ok, time to DL all 13 seasons,
And to the BBC, berkeley YOU
Yep, I've got all of the seasons via torrent. They work great on my media center PC's
I just wished they were filmed in HD (the polar exploration episode was the only one filmed in HD apparently)

It's also got some other annoying limitiations - for example, the client has built-in expiry for downloaded programmes. For example you can only download something for a few days (I think a week) after it aired and then have 30 days to start watching it before it gets deleted. I guess there goes my last Episode of Top Gear as I had to stop watching it about halfway through and haven't had the time to watch the rest.
Oh, and if you want to watch, say, Top Gear via the stream instead of downloading it, you're limited to a week after it aired.
Overall it's a good concept but IMHO the time it takes to download stuff only to have it disappear shortly afterwards will still make people get their programming from "somewhere else".
