top speed events in ohio

Does anyone know of top speed events held in ohio?

kind of like a bonneville salt flat sorta thing?

After the corn and bean fields have been cut down, it's flat and clear for miles and miles....

If you find any, let me know. But I've lived here all my life and never heard of any land speed type events.

Other than me running for the bathroom after Taco Bell and tequila....I know of no other high speed event here in Ohio. :grin:

Apparently there's a handful of lunatics in the Cleveland area that do top speed runs on a regular basis. Oh yeah, its at night, in traffic....:omg:
