Go off driver's right there, and it's down hill into into a culvert that could roll a car right through the low fencing. Very lucky no one was hurt or killed

uh, don't try to outrun a runaway car, especially in the direction its traveling...

also, it seems like the barrier bent over in the curved section where the car hit, turning it into a ramp

Wanna volunteer to lobby for all race spectators to need a mandatory death avoidance course taught by you? We could blame the drivers much more than the spectators..

Besides, 40mph impact minus 12mph of running is 28mph impact. Better than nothing.
