I had an order from these guys get stuck in a similar post office purgatory a couple years ago. I waited a couple extra weeks hoping it would shake out but it didn't seem to, and I went back to them and asked what my options were. He wound up remaking my order and sending it, which arrived in a timely manner. A few more weeks later, the original order got found by the post office and delivered. I asked if he wanted me to send that back and he said not to bother. They did right by me and I hope they do right by you even after the delays.
I struggle to understand how a company gets so behind on orders they think accepting new ones will somehow fix the issue. I can't be the only one who thinks that either. Seems like stopping all new incoming orders would be the first thing to consider.
Well, it took longer than I expected but here they are.
I do like their quality but not the length of time to get it.

I agree. However, I suspect the reasoning is similar to how I would handle it as a customer.
If I went to store Y, to order product X, and they weren't taking orders.........I'd likely never go back to story Y in the future.

Do you remember the date you ordered? I ordered 8/23 and still nothing....
When this thread first dropped, I went to trackdecals.com to look around at their product. Saw some things I'd be interested in when they get out of the backlog documented in the thread.
Moving forward in time to yesterday and today, trackdecals.com seems to redirect me to another site named tracksculptures.com, which ironically enough has the following information on its website.
I don't really care, but I wonder why there's a redirect to a site with similar product fulfillment issues? 🤔

Are you any more likely to go back if you were in the OPs situation?
Possibly. But I'd be weary due to the lack of communication.
You'll need to log in to post.
