RockAuto only seems to carry the 22 psi green radiator cap for volvos. I have run into the black 11 psi cap online. Supposedly there are a handful of volvos of the 84-91ish era that take 15 psi caps, but I cannot find them for sale anywhere.
Anyone got any ideas?
I was hoping to find aftermarket caps that cover a whole range of pressures, but 1.0 bar would be perfect for now.

Have you tried eEuroparts.com ? I've never tried them for volvo, but they are my mail order suplier of first choice for SAAB parts.

Pretty much every parts company only carries the 11 psi (black) and 22 psi (green) caps, but some volvos used to come with 15 psi (white) caps. Trouble is finding a place that sells them, as it seems that the powers that be at Volvo decided that the green cap superseded all caps...
Evidence of the 15 psi (1.0 bar) cap

Did you try IPD Volvo? hey have been the Volvo aftermarket company for a long time.

They too only carry the 0.75 and 1.5 bar caps as far as I can tell.
I did find two sites that sell the 1.0 bar white cap, but they aren't ones that I am familiar with. I just ordered one from here and I'm hoping it shows up! I wish I had the aftermarket part number because they must be getting it from somewhere... I hate it when a part is only sold by 1 or 2 places.

The only thing the higher pressure cap would do is maybe blow some weak coolant hose's.
FCP knows their Volvo stuff. Every time I've ordered from RockAuto lately for my Volvos, I've realized afterwards that FCP had the right parts and had them cheaper. I'm fairly confident that if they list the 1 bar cap, that's what you'll get.
