According to the head gasket they line up well enough.. But I think Larry massaged some things in a couple places.

Also, if you take 3 LS1 heads, cut them up and weld them back together, you can bolt that abortion to the top of a Ford 300ci I6.

Depends on how rough your CSX is. I think you said before it was in need of some love. As long as the end product is faster than a similarly motored FWD CSX I'll encourage you.
