Well, I finally got around to turning the rotors on the 9C1. God I hope there within tolerances. I don't have $140.00 to spend on new stoppers. (crosses fingers)

Its been so long since I've done this. My question is, do I need to remove the bearings? The outside ones popped out as soon as I removed the castle nut, but the insides are stuck. For the love of God I can't remember if there pressed in or not on the Caprice.

If the car has traditional tapered bearings, yes, you'll need to remove them and clean as much grease out as possible. When you remove the inner bearing (not the race, though), you'll destroy the inner seal. You'll need to repack the bearings and replace the seal.
