It might just be me, but an ad like this throws up the warning flags for me. Based on the location of the car in the photos, this obviously isn't the original owner. That fact, coupled with the lower-than-book price, screams "I can't afford to fix what this car needs!"
I might be wrong though, it happens occasionally.

The first series W12 had an almost 100% crankshaft failure rate, too.
