It really does boil down to common sense. On a symmetrical lift,if you have one set of arms short and the others extended all the way, then you might want to rethink. Rotary has a plate to locate the front tire. I don't have the exact specs for its placement here, but basically its, wheelbase under 100, park behind it, 100 to 112, park on top, 112 and up, park in front. Pretty basic, really.

Spread the arms as far fore and aft as you can, and life will be good. Oh yeah-most importantly- make sure its bolted down to the floor properly.
