I think done, built these typically trade for around $80k+.  This build still has $50k worth of work (paint, body, interior, etc.) he is a bit cheeky on the price.  It's also a 11 year old kit...  but new these kits are $30k before the driveline.  

I guess this would be a kit car.  A tiny kit car.

Ooohhh! I REALLY need that for not single seat tadpole trike project! 

Id even be happy with the price, but I'm about 3 months from haveing the money, and 5 months from picking it up 

Any enablers want to talk? I have a few thoughts.
