Today on the 401 in Oshawa I saw a last-generation Ford Super Duty dually pickup with three passenger doors per side -- that is, a double crew cab, or a crew cab and a half, or something. It also had a normal-sized pickup bed. I know Fords have a lot of standard lengths, and I don't know what this one was, but it didn't look chopped. Has anybody else ever seen such a thing? It was sure a first for me. (To add to the weirdness factor, it was pulling a house trailer that appeared to be held together with duct tape.)
Sounds about right for the 'Swha

There are several running around here, the KingRanch variants.
If you go to a landscaping expo, you'll see them on display like that from all the makers, and sometimes even bigger.
That red one is cool, but this was a relatively low-end truck (just like the trailer, and I'm going to ignore that stuff about the 'Shwa!) and the extra doors had their handles at the back, just like the middle ones.
Like others have said, there are multiple companies that make custom long cab trucks. I remember a 2 1/2lenght cab boxy F-150 a few years ago.
Maybe it wasn't a 150, But back then they all had the same body, but you know what I mean
There is an old Chevy here in SC that has three full doors. Probably a late 70s model. Three doors and an 8 foot bed makes for a Loooooonnnnnnggggg truck.

^ The Silver one above. I saw a red Ford of similar size and gaudyness today, but it had an 8' pick up bed on it instead of SUV style. Looked like a semi crossed with a pick up. F-850 or some such. Fugly.
