I've seen this parked several times near work in downtown DC.
Based on the "USN" plates, probably a very junior sailor who got his re-up bonus and blew it all on his truck.
Literally every sailor I work with pretty much does that. Never seen so many $50k+ pickups all mall-crawler'd out than in my work garage. Meanwhile, the officers and senior civilian execs are all driving things like Accords and Focuses lol....
Though...if that "14" ends in "40" then it's a Navy Engineering Duty Officer. What my dad was. Which would be odd since all those guys are pragmatic smart guys who drive boring cars lol.
Or the USN is just a random letter combo. Most likely. I just like to theorize.
I saw a really nice white 3rd gen 4Runner on my commute today. We were at a stoplight and he was on the cross street to my right, turning left. It was in very nice condition and the driver was dressed very nicely; in a dark suit, blue shirt, red tie and black shoes. I saw what he was wearing because the driver's side door was missing.

95, north bound, about 2 today, just south of portsmouth nh.
Yesterday was a Ford Aerostar and a lifted 4x4 Astro.
Running around the Phoenix area.
And to prove I wasn't driving, my view from the back seat:
No pictures, but I did see a BMW 2002 in Laurel MD the other day. And later near Fort Meade what looked like a white Passat in Brumos racing colors.

Mercedes e class with fender flares and an aggressive stance is not something I see everyday... but probably a regular in the FCP Euro parking lot.
Just another day in the DC afternoon beltway commute....
A newer STI with no wing and red..
I'd never seen an Audi TT roll coal before.
In reply to Sparkydog :
I think he's rolling coolant.
No pics but I saw a white BMW I8 Roadster the other day, black top with blue highlights and it looked really good.
Forza Mustang. I think these were a prize giveaway?
