A really big truck:
This is actually a very well done video, done by the same guy that's building the Viper-engined Maverick.

That's how I had your (insert relative here) last night.
OHHHHHHHHHHOHOHOHOHOHHOH
I'm going back to bed.
Every time I see this truck it makes me smile.
Watching the carcass of the rear wheel flex around on the dirt sure was interesting.
He didn't have a whole lot of extra room on that road either. That thing moves some air if you are semi close to it at speed.
Awesome

Just watching that video (and the drift one after it) makes him seem like a totally awesome guy. And he reminds me of "Robert California" (James Spader on The Office), so that doesn't hurt either.

I always had thoughts of doing one from an isuzu or Mitsubish box truck.. and leave the box on it.. but light weight with a wing to direct the air up and over it
glad to see big-rig racing here in the states. It has been fairly big in Europe for some time now.
I remember a few years ago (early 2000's) they were trying to re-start the roundy-round racing for big trucks (there was a short lived series in the late '70s). I read an article on it about how they were consulting with the engineers at Penske about making the 60-Series Detroit survive at 1500 hp. One of the engineers had remarked in disbelief that if they were going to make "those kinds" of modifications that they'd never get more than 50,000 miles out of one! The author said "50,000 miles! Hell I'll be happy to get 500!"
