So the ProSolo finale is all done, and the Chris Harvey and John Rogers were able to claim some trophies for team GRM.
Project MX-5 update
Per and the Tire Rack gang are probably warming tires now for their runs in the big Solo Championship show that starts today. Who else is out there? I know some of you are playing with smartphones on the tarmac...

Per is currently sitting in 4th, the last trophy position in B-Mod. Go, Per!
The first three are separated by less than .3 seconds; extremely tight for the class.

There are 14 trophy positions in STR and both Chris and John have plaques with their names on them - for now; they are 11th and 14th after the first day.
Only 1.3 seconds separate 1st to 14th so both can improve tomorrow!

Yea, everything fine here. My dad had some issues finding his way through the course (I really need to get him through an Evo or SoloPro course) but the car ran excellent for me. Finished Day1 in fourth with some chance to go up or down a little based upon tomorrow's finish.
Is your course down Wednesday morning? Third runs not posting for you guys or F125.
Looks like it's over now in BM; Per took fifth.

Yep. Dug a small hole on those first two runs and in BMod, that's tough to recover from. Still, in the top ten for times in any class thus far this week—aside from the BM drivers that beat me, there were just a few shifter karts that were faster than our LeGrand.
Today's course was wicked busy and I had trouble establishing a rhythm through some offsets that led onto a faster section. That hurt.
Still, lots of fun, beautiful site and great people!
It's great to see the le grande made it and did great. I really love that car.
