I like the retro south west color a little bit mayby.
The Miami Vice feel is cool.
I love that someone had a vision and built it--no apologies, no nothing.
And I love that he mixed genres. JDM-influenced build of a car rarely seen in Japan? Too cool. It's like he created his own alternate universe. (See also: Gotham by Gaslight.)

This epitomizes the whole cyberpunk thing to me. There's a couple things I'd add.... but not much
OMG, yes! If I had a C4 that body kit would be on the short list of mods. I have a C3, so gears are now turning in my head.
Add lighting and it could be a Tron: Legacy cyber vehicle.
I dig it. A lot.
Shame, though, that its performance (in any capacity, by the owner's admission) is not up to par as the body.
Well now. That takes a car that is very tame looking stock into something that turns heads. Not everyone would like it, but that is their problem.

The Scandinavian scene is boiling with mad car builds of all kinds, that's for sure. And sweden is the world capital for 50s and 60 American iron, which surprises people from abroad :)
RAD, is the first thing that comes to mind.
