For the race car. Will pay, of course. No company seems to have the font I need, AR BONNIE.
I want it to look like the pic below but 4 inches tall and however long that makes it, probably 30-40 inches?
Does anyone have a good source or maybe better yet, a vinyl cutter? I definitely need 2 but would be happy to buy a few more if need be.
I've had good luck with Firestorm Graphix. They seem willing to do custom work.

They've been my go to also but they said they don't have the font.

The font is free online. My cutter is being a pain in the ass right now, and I'm out of white vinyl, but I miiiiight be able to accommodate.
It looks like the font is available free, but it doesn't appear that anywhere has it that you can get it licensed. I can't find somewhere that says it's actually a "free to use" font. So If somone with a personal cutter can make it for you they should be able to use the downloadable font. But that may be why comerical vinyl places are telling you they "don't have the font" because they can't make money off it's use.
I mean I now have AR Bonnie on my computer and can make a vector drawing in Inkspace, but you can't get it printed by a commercial printer because it's not a licensed font.

I don't want to make anything difficult. If you can do it, great, if not, no problem!

Interesting, that certainly could be the reason.
A friend of mine who has done lettering said
"have it scanned or shoot a good photo of it, and the cutter can make it that way. Just because the font name he has wasn’t found, however, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist; I’ve seen certain fonts with three different names."
My cutter and roll of white vinyl are in good shape, and we have a font name now.
If the kids actually get to go to school tomorrow I'll cut one and see what you think
Is there any money in this a side hustle?
In reply to preach (fs) :
Depends on the marketing, and skill level of the owner of the cutter. Setting up at a cars n coffee or something could be a way to make a few bucks doing custom stuff on the spot. A laptop, a power inverter, and a cutter, you could work out of a car.
Names and logos like OP wants are simple and quick, designs and images ehhh not so much with a consumer or hobby grade cutter.
On the other hand, I've also found it's cheaper for me to buy, for example, 300 ready made multicolored vinyl stickers than it would be to cut them myself, even before my time and labor gets added in.

Cool! I did get a response last night from one sticker company who can do it but I'd rather send money to a GRMer if it's not a pain for you. Just let me know.

Can't believe I didn't think to ask you. Thanks for the lead.
Needs have been met.
If either of you guys made/make a sticker before checking back in here, I will gladly buy it from you.
Thanks everyone!
Is she able to do standard vinyl projects (vinyl on glasses, ornaments, and car decals) as well as projects that need heat, such as t-shirts and tea towels?
I'd recommend Oracal 651, not the Cricut brand, for standard vinyl I recommend Siser brand HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl), specifically Siser Easy Weed. Topvinylcutters, which was recommended below and is the only place I order from, sells both. Individual sheets of Oracal 651 and HTV are available in a variety of sizes. Michaels also sells Oracal sheets, but I'm not sure if they sell HTV sheets.
