I'm a bit further along with the project. Diesel, oil and coolant tanks have been made. Swapped in the spare motor because the first one broke.

Next is sending the spare diesel pump to get a truck type regulator instead of the current tractor type (pulses horribly).

Engine: Transmash V-55 from the T-55 tank, 38.88 liter diesel V12, 600 HP, 2300Nm (1700ft lbs) torque

Body: Volvo PV 544 -60

Chassis: Chevrolet C2500 axles on a custom 150x100x5 mm tube frame

Goal: Smoking tyres, some slides if I'm lucky.

The square exhaust tubing really just ruins it for me.

Moving?  Hell, I want to see a clip of him parallel parking it!

So how much does a 39 liter diesel v12 tank engine weight anyway?  Maybe it's just me but those engine mounts look a little spindly for the weight they are supporting.

What the... !?  It took me a while to realize that those were the exhaust.
