I normally don't like duallies but that just speaks to me.

Years ago, I contemplated a Suburban dually using the diff from a P series step van, after I discovered that the one I was fooling with was way narrower than your regular old 1 ton pickup. It would have needed a bit of a tub, and a bit of a flare. Thought it might be cool.
The P was a milk truck. I don't know whether this particular one was a "city" truck, because I don't think they are all narrow.
