of course not. NASCAR is a finely tuned money making machine.. why would they want to change something by introducing road racing?

NASCAR owns the Grand Am series, so they have their fingers in road racing to some extent (in addition to the Cup races at Sonoma and Watkins Glen each year.)

+1 for the V8 Supercars. I enjoy watching them. They rarely take a turn on all 4 wheels.
