So I left my 99 Miata sitting on the battery tender the entirety of winter in my garage and I went to button it up and start it yesterday. First, I realize I left the terminal connections off so I went to connect them then I noticed the radio would stay on no matter what, even without the key in the ignition. Haven't had much free time since I found out a few days ago but I did some quick googles and checked the 80 amp fuse and it has resistance so I tried swapping out the Main Relay and that hasn't helped either. Battery is new (and on tenders the whole time) and fully charged. Car still won't start and radio still stays on so I have to unhook the battery again to prevent it from draining. Any ideas what could have happened while the car sat? Short on time these days so I'm just hoping for a quick tip or something.
