Plenty of products in our world falsely claim to add horsepower or boost fuel economy, but what about making a car look better?
What aftermarket parts improve the look of virtually any car?

Lowering springs and wheel spacers.
Might screw up how the car actually works, but we're not talking about that.
Tires.
90% of the time the wheels can be upgraded to look better.
99% of the time tires can be upgraded. Visually, it's a small thing. But you can't tell me GRMers don't notice it instantly.
EDIT: Yes, I'm being silly. 99.9999% of the times that the wheels can be improved, they make 10000% of the difference that tires would...

Wheel spacers maybe, but there's plenty of modern performance cars that leave the factory with the correct ride height. I wouldn't want my cayman to be any lower, from an aesthetic or functional standpoint. However, it does currently have aftermarket wheels that are .5" wider with 5-7mm lower offsets on top of that. So wheels and spacers are pretty accurate.

I am assuming we're talking purely aesthetic, not functional. Porsche does a pretty good job of getting the ride height right, but most cars do benefit from a little moar low. In fact, I've spoken to some of the Mazda PR people and they admit to loading the cars with sandbags for publicity shots...
Wheels.
I saw a Geo Metro on 15"Rotas. I spent an inordinate amount of time starring at it. A Metro.
