Those are 18 inch wheels. Flush requires the wheel to be .1mm away from the lip of the fender front and rear.

that Chevelle 300is pretty cool- and since it's a Poteet commissioned car, you know there's a lot of good stuff in it. everything about it screams awesome- except for the air cleaner and those goofy header covers. but i guess every great work of art had to have one or two blemishes on it.
regarding the Lincoln.. i had a '66 Continental 4 door back in '94 and it was the very definition of a "cruiser". not only could i fit 6 other people in it without anyone feeling the least bit uncomfortable, but it had vacuum operated power locks that actually worked and a climate control system that kept it at whatever temp you set the dial to. if i could find another one for what i paid for that one ($500), i'd grab it in a heart beat..
