There was a thread about the yellow one in your video a few weeks or months ago. Here is a link to the company's website that makes it. All I know is light weight cars with slicks and bike engines look like a lot of fun.

At 56 seconds there is a car that spins out and acquires a spectator under the car. Still can't figure out how he got there?

If you're talking about the white thing hanging off the right side of the car - that's not a spectator, just a piece of the car.

That whole event seemed mighty dangerous, with the crowd hanging on the edge of the course and the cars just barely under control.

Sure looks like somebody's kit. And I'm thinking exactly the same as ddavidv- Group B style legends- mid+bike engine and sort of hot hatch look.

Look hard to drive.

I'd be interested in a kit version of one of these.

34000euro would probably be cheap to build a competitive hill climb car

I was just thinking how much more I would like to see those things racing wheel to wheel than NASCARS/Rolex Cup/IndyCar.

And yes, they look like a total handful.

This is a step up from go-carts, looks like. Total Fun.
