First-year models had some electrical issues, but otherwise they're pretty solid. All pre-facelift models with the supercharged 5.0 V8 (470 HP in the Supercharged model, or 510 HP in the XFR) were capable of getting from 0-60 in under 5 seconds. The B&W Stereo is amazing, and the chassis is actually pretty balanced. Seats are endlessly comfortable, road and wind noise is pretty hushed, and real-world economy isn't as disastrous as you might expect.
I've noticed on the jag forums to try and get a 2012+ xfr. Also, timing chain tensioners are an issue for these cars as well.
