Doesn't look very 1997 to me either. Still, you can't even buy a decent 10-ish HP chipper in the five bill range. If it is a chipper, it's worth it for that. Or does that just catch the chips from a chipper?

Those boxes on the back just catch the chips. The chipper is usually a trailer, towed behind.
