There can be other reasons for unloading such a car, loss of employment, reduction in pay, child moves, live in parent ..umm expires, need to carry pets, need for a truck/tow vehicle.
But it is a valid point to check with previous owners

Well, the verdict's out. I drove it home last night and was impressed by the ride quality and gadgets but underwhelmed by the power. I called the local dealer who had originally sold it and asked them to run the VIN for the warranty in service date. While on the phone the guy made one of those "hunh" sounds like when you're surprised to see something, so I asked him what was up. He told me that the driver's seat was replaced at 4k, the sway bar links at 6k, and the ECM at 7k. Not what I really wanted to hear but I figured I'd let Kristen throw in her $.02 My wife spent some time in the driver's seat and played with all of the gadgets and at the end of it all said that she wasn't all that impressed and that she didn't like it enough to buy it. So there you have it. I guess she'll have to get used to mini van life. At least Toyota's going to build an SE Sienna so I can have ground effects and 20's to make me feel like I'm cool. Thanks all for the input.
