The previous owner of my car installed poly bushings but didn't grease them. This weekend I'm going to tear everything apart and grease the bushings, but is there a special grease I need to use? I remember installing energy suspension bushings once, and I think they came with grease, but I don't know what it was. Any ideas?

Relative bearing grease used to work well for me when I was in the Navy.

I have 2 kinds of grease: Wally World (Supertech) synthetic wheel bearing grease for generic grease uses like what you need, and Genuine Harley-Davidson Wheel Bearing Grease for all wheel bearings and other critical bearing packing.

poly bushing...get teflon grease. One could use Silicone grease if you got that kicking around. Basicly any grease will do poly bushing make noise after a little while no matter what you use. They flex and pump out any grease you put in.
