Nissan E15 & E16 are sub 200lbs as well but again power outputs are lower than the set numbers here.

I've spent about 15 minutes searching for any weight stat, but have failed. However, I'd expect the 1.9l (2.0l in reality) turbo Whiteblock (B4204T) from first gen Volvo S/V40s would be fairly light. DOHC all aluminum 4 cylinder, timing belt, lowest output variant was 160 HP, 170 Lb Ft, highest output was 197 HP, 220 Lb Ft.
Buy entire ratty S40 for cheap, dispose of wrapper that B4204T arrives in.
I've seen fully dressed T5s (turbo 5 cylinders) listed as around 300 lbs, strapped to a pallet, So a ready to run 4 cylinder version should be around 240-50 lbs.
On the motorcycle suggestion:
Bike engines are usually expensive unless you buy a wrecked bike, or one with high miles. Find a CB1000 or wrecked Goldwing from the 80s/90s that has been sitting in someone's garage for 10 years and take it for $400.
You cats are all thinking way too heavy. A Crosley COBRA block only weighs 14# Fully dressed engines don't quite hit 10 times that.
