Looks like snail strapped to stock engine, judging by the eBay "Turbo Installation Kit".
Kinda looks like a blowthrough carb setup to me. I know you can swap an F2T into it though... and that IS a clean shell....
8-valve F2 as found in the B2200 with a "T" added on. Might be using an FET exhaust manifold.

Yep and there's no carb box, owning that should be an interesting experience
