...same problem. Either I measured my axles completely wrong or I have warped/bent wheels (I'm leaning toward the latter as I'm certain the left side one spun fine before I put the wheel on). I'm getting new wheels in a few weeks so I'm holding off on axles until then.
a decent tire shop should be able to tell you if the wheels are straight … I'm assuming you have tires mounted
if un mounted, you can do a simple little trick and get a pretty good idea if warped or not
on a smooth floor, just roll the across the room … if warped, that should show it up pretty quickly
