Toss feasibility and reality out the window as needed.
The current would never work (primarily fitting and tuning the suspension components) mutant idea would be an ND miata fitted with the 3.6L twin turbo from the ATS-V and the magnetic suspension tech and massive brakes also making their way over.
Magnetic suspension setups do a masterful job of making a large heavy car feel much smaller, so I'd really love to see such technology fitting onto a smaller, lighter car (I'm well aware that the setup would have to be designed for the smaller chassis and that suspension components can't just be swapped around, hence the pipedream portion of the equation. The 464 hp v6 would be a nice fit as well. It's a shame that GM killed the kappa platform, as that glorious lump and their (okay Adelphi's) magic magnetic suspension tech would've really made for some astounding cars some 10 years later.

You asking for GRM build or Manufacturer to build this?
In reply to NOHOME:
Well in the case of my idea it would require manufacturer, suggestions can be for either though, biggest aspect is really the why?
I'd like to get a slightly torquier version of this:

Only put it into a pickup truck, then challenge the coal rollers to tug of wars. Imagine how humiliated they'd be at being beaten by a hybrid!

Non-hybrid CR-Z Si. Maybe a targa version, new Del Sol.
I gather this thread is about currently produced (or current-ish) vehicles only?
I want a Tesla P90D Ludicrous drivetrain in a brodozer.

I want a fastback Miata with a low displacement V8, maybe 3.5 liter

Could work the other way too - a big sooty diesel with smoke stacks on the Tesla!

Isn't a corvette available with magnetic shocks?
2 Door check, 450 plus Hp check, magnetic shocks check, about the weight your kappa platform vehicle would be check. Seems as if GM already makes something similar to what your looking for.

Nope, you could say a flathead 8 into a model A and I'd be down with hearing about the idea and concept behind it.

ND Miata with the new LT1 engine and the McLaren suspension setup from the MP4-12C

This one comes from a typo I made once: DeLorean MP4-12C. Imagine it: The excellent chassis and driveline and brakes from the McLare all installed under the gleaming stainless body of a DeLorean DMC-12. There'd be no problem hitting 88mph there.
Another was that I always wanted Chrysler to build a SRT-10 300C. Or a Challenger SRT-10, before the Hellcat came out.
An FD with a millenia s motor in it.
An early impreza coupe, re-engineered to be just a touch longer to accommodate a six cylinder turbo'd boxer motor. Such beasts exist, but have a few compromises. I'm suggesting a more factory style approach.
"Retro" foxbody that isnt bloated like most new cars, powered by the 5.0 or 2.3eb. Stick axle please

Let's make it 1 step better: 3.5eb or the flat crank 5.2 from the GT350.
Always wanted to put a Yugo body on like a Ferrari 455 or a Diablo chassis and drivetrain to take to the drag strip. Super Sleeper style.
Porsche to reissue the air cooled body style 911 (any generation) but use a Subaru flat-6 or maybe their own 2.7 or 3.4 water cooled engine.
Lately been thinking about the base 4cyl Caddy ATS and swapping out the EcoTec with an LSx.
A midsize wagon. AWD with a twin turbo V-10. Carbon fiber brakes and super comfortable. Audi RS-6.......
Except available stateside.
And without the wonky German electrics.
Or the eye watering price tag.
AWD Honda Fit (they already exist, give them to the USA!)

That would be a wicked machine !
An epicyclic manual transmission, kinda like a Lenco but more street friendly, and with close gear spreads like a regular manual trans.
Or, how about a manual trans that uses chains instead of gears?
