A Bi-Turbo that runs as good as it looks and sounds.

OK, enough silliness.
I'd like to have something with a SAAB b202 or b234 turbo engine mated to a RWD gearbox. Turn the boost up to 11 please!
I also wouldn't mind if that RWD gearbox was a sequential unit.
This has been done. Scarily enough, the guy I know that built one ended up putting it in a Wrangler It's a little much power-wise for that chassis...
Poke around the Web. There's a guy who took a Saab 99 and used Ford trans and Sierra rear suspension to do just that. Lots off boost. I'm on my phone or I'd find the link for you.

So your imaginary car is an Alfa that actually works?
You took the OP serious when he said toss reality didn't you?

There was an old Saab engine from the Ford Taunus. So it's probable that it had a matching RWD transmission from the time period.

IIRC, the Wrangler build used a 4wd T5 out of a Jeep CJ, so there's apparently a Saab to T5 adapter out there.

Turns out its a Nissan Skyline trans with a b202 engine . The project is in Sweden. Google 'Saab 99 X7 rwd'

Not talking crossover garbage here, actual rally car. also make them go back to the WRC.
If you want to go back to the WRC then the 3 is too big, it would have to be the 2.
Or if you want the 3 then get the one with the FOCUS RS badge on it.
A Mazda2 GTX would be equally acceptable.
Also the new Mazda 3 isn't a rebadged focus like the previous ones.
