Thought this Lamborghini Huracan with a couple of turbos was damned impressive at 233 mph.

FYI, another Huracan has done 259 mph since - https://www.roadandtrack.com/motorsp...rd-at-256-mph/

I love how completely drama free it is from the driver's perspective.  No steering corrections no nothing.  Just point it in the right direction and hang on.  Impressive indeed.

There are a lot of cars that have to do steering corrections up to like 100mph. I like half mile racing because it seems to have a lot less people drama then other forms. From youtube anyway it seems to be a venue where everyone lets their cars do the talking.

I think the fastest car i've ever owned would be 140-150 in the 1/2. I've never owned a particularly fast car by tuner standards.

I'd love to find out. But it will not be any freaking 233mph...

I wish my FX16  was half as quick as the SeaDoo I was riding yesterday.  Although, the SeaDoo was supercharged.

A lot of older cars take forever to get anywhere near top speed and certainly couldn't do it in a half mile.  I get the impression that for getting high speed in a limited distace, turbos rule.
